This Week on The Competitive Edge - Fitness Uncensored, we go back to basics with nutrition. We give an overview of macros and a bit of insight into nutrient timing. We give our perspectives on nutrition, diversity of foods and eating clean whole foods. We also answer an array of listener questions on how we work out macro breakdowns for our clients, how much protein we believe people need, nutrient timing, and our stance on types of carbs and our opinions on Keto.
We will be going into more detail on nutrition in the coming weeks. Part 2 and 3 to come.
